I've noticed that recently I have been having a lot of deja vu lately. I always wondered what it was, but all my family would tell me is that it's when you do something that you have already saw once before. So, me being a little kid I accepted this answer. But, in my latest encounter with this phenomenon, I had an epiphany.
What if deja vu has nothing to do with seeing into the future?
I think that a deja vu is doing something that you've already done... Exactly the same way as you did it before.
The deja vu I had that led to this breakthrough involved my friends at work and me. They were talking and i waqs looking at a piece a paper. Then, as I began to put the paper down, I turned my head and saw one of my friends begin walking away; and I swear I saw them wearing the same clothes, making the same motions and in the same positions.
At work, this could've happened a thousand times over, but whats the probability of this event happening the same exact way?
This is why I think I've been having it a lot lately because as I get older I seem to do the same things over and over again. In doing this, I will inevitability do the same thing exactly the same way once again.
I wonder what's going to be the next thing I did yesterday I do tomorrow.
